Miria Systems is recruiting to expand our Sales Team and we are looking only for individuals with a commitment to personal growth, financial success, and competence in identifying customer business needs suitable for Miria’s innovative suite of software products.

The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is directly responsible for generating revenue by selling Miria’s document management offerings (solutions and services) to new prospects and by cultivating those new relationships created by the SSE. The SSE is directly responsible for all phases of the sales process including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying new opportunities, presentations and proposals. The SSE will assist sales and executive management with contract negotiations. The
SSE will work with appropriate team members and will have oversight responsibilities for needs assessment, responding to RFPs, solution design and pricing.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and create new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals
  • Create and execute a sales plan including the preparation of target lists, strategy and timelines
  • Sell Document Management and Active Pay SaaS solutions to medium and large size companies across a variety of industries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IBM and other partner  teams to maximize revenue potential through channel partnerships
  • Meet and exceed established sales quota
  • Understand clients’ business challenges and present solutions in a consultative manner
  • Work in unison with Pre-Sales Engineers and other colleagues to offer appropriate solutions based on client needs
  • Create and draft proposals
  • Identify add on products and applications
  • Record sales activity information in SalesForce.com and provide pipeline and activity reports as requested by management
  • Travel between 15-50%
 Qualifications:
  • High energy and high enthusiasm is a must
  • Proven record of success achieving sales quotas in a solution sales environment
  • Experience with solution, consultative, and strategic selling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 3-5 years’ experience selling software and services solutions
  • 3-5 years’ experience selling to business line managers and C Level decision makers
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is desired
  • Strong team orientation
  • IBM ECM Sales and Technical Sales accreditation a plus
  • Experience selling  Business Automation, Content Management, or related solutions is a plus
  • Experience selling IBM FileNet, Documentum, SharePoint, OpenText, or OnBase is a plus
  • Experience selling to accounting departments is a plus
  • Experience selling cloud computing solutions is a plus.
